The company ceased to be a member of the SYNBIOL concern with effect from 22 May 2021, based on the notification of the managing person of the concern – the company SynBiol, a.s., IČO 26014343. The latter informed that the existence of the concern is no longer given as of that date, with the fact that the persons directly or indirectly controlled will no longer be subject to unified management in the sense of §79 paragraph 1 of the Act on Business Corporations.
